L&T valves Limited (formerly Audco India Limited) says it is proud of its long association with the Adnoc group of companies. For over 15 years, the company has supplied world-class flow-control solutions to major oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi.

The company started its engagement with Adnoc group in the year 2000 with Gasco Ruwais Upgrade project. Over the years, the approved product portfolio has expanded to include gate, globe and check valves (GGC), trunnion-mounted ball valves (TMBV), triple-offset butterfly valves (TOBV), double block and bleed plug valves (DBB plug), high pressure and large-size valves, and valves in high alloys such as super duplex steels and Inconel.

Offshore: L&T Valves has secured major orders for high pressure ball valves (sizes up to 24-inch, classes up to 2500) with Inconel trim from Adma-Opco for Al Nasr and Umm Lulu projects. These orders have reinforced the position of L&T Valves as a manufacturer of high alloy, high pressure and low emission ball valves (ISO 15848, Class A compliant) for offshore applications.

Gas and LNG: More than 10,000 L&T valves are in operation at some of the largest gas processing and treating facilities in the region such as Gasco Shah Gas, OGD III, Habshan Gas Development Project and Ruwais NGL. The installed base primarily constitutes gate, globe and check valves, in sizes up to 56-inch, in classes up to 2500.

Pipelines: L&T Valves worked closely with Takreer to develop customised solutions for Takreer Inter Refineries Pipeline (IRP) project.

The supply included over 500 pipeline ball valves in sizes up to 24-inch, in classes up to 1500, with electric and hydraulic actuators.

Refinery and Petrochemicals: L&T Valves customer base in the region also includes Takreer Ruwais refinery and Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge).

Terminals: L&T Valves provides smart solutions for safe and environment-friendly movement and storage of inflammable fluids. Recent prestigious orders include complete valves package for fuel terminals at Abu Dhabi International Airport and Al Safran Air Base. L&T double block and bleed plug valve is emerging as a key product for the tankages segment.
