The investment is part of Compressor Controls Corporation’s strategy of foreign investment localisation to support Saudi Arabia’s thriving economy, which is implementing Vision 2030
CCC (Compressor Controls Corporation), the leader in turbomachinery controls and optimisation services for upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas industry, has opened a new office in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
The opening ceremony was held with the participation of multiple industry leaders from oil and gas companies in Saudi Arabia including Saudi Aramco and Sabic.
This new facility highlights CCC’s commitment to servicing existing customers in Saudi Arabia and bolsters CCC’s ability to service new projects throughout the region, says a company spokesman.
This investment enables CCC to host Saudi students, engineers and industry stakeholders to collaborate with CCC technical experts to develop solutions and services that meet the country’s goals as well as ensure global access to CCC technical expertise. The facility houses an educational classroom and test laboratory, he says.
"The new services facility aligns with Saudi Arabia’s National Transformation Plan and the Saudi Vision 2030. The project is also in alignment with the In-Kingdom Total Value Add (IKTVA) programme, the initiative created by Saudi Aramco to baseline, measure, and support increased levels of localisation in the kingdom," he adds.
